Welcome to Bali... I spent the last two weeks in Bali on two very different kinds of trips. The first 5 days was with 40 Grade 10s and 3 other teachers. We learned about mangroves, green turtles and coral reefs... the second was all about complete relaxation! I gotta be honest.. the second week was incredible! This is a view of the Bali countryside.. taken from the window of the bus... a Bali bus that we spent hours on the first week!

What a beautiful tour I got as I stumbled across this on the internet. I was actually looking for a Restaurant Parallell 49. I was interested in Bali, since our dear friends wanted to travel there this year for their anniversary but an unfortunate family crisis didn't allow them.I sensed by some of your comments that you are a Christian and know what it means to trust God's for protection while abroad in foreign lands.
Where in Canada do you live? I'm in British Columbia. Our daughter also had the opportunity to live with a missionary family in Lebanon,before she got married, then she and her husband went to start a new school and teach in Belize, they are always looking for teachers amongst the Mennonite families.
